What to include
- your Shopify store domain
- the page or action where the issue happened, for example audit run, export, billing, or settings save
- the audit profile name or run ID, if available
- screenshots and the approximate time when the issue happened
Privacy and compliance
For privacy-related requests, include your Shopify store domain and specify whether the request is about data access, customer redaction, or shop redaction.
