These Terms govern your use of FieldCheck: Metafields, including the Shopify app, public website, audit reports, exports, and related support services provided by DITS.agency.

By installing or using FieldCheck: Metafields, you agree to these Terms.

Service scope

  • FieldCheck: Metafields helps merchants audit product and variant metafields and identify incomplete or missing data.
  • The app is designed to help merchants review catalog data before using it in storefronts, feeds, filters, search, reporting, or other workflows.
  • FieldCheck: Metafields provides reports and exports based on the data available to the app at the time each audit is run.
  • The service is operated by DITS.agency.

Merchant responsibilities

  • You are responsible for installing the app only on Shopify stores that you are authorized to manage.
  • You are responsible for configuring audit profiles correctly and reviewing audit results before making changes to your store.
  • You are responsible for keeping your Shopify admin access secure and notifying support if you suspect unauthorized use.
  • You remain responsible for your store content, product data, metafields, exports, and any actions taken based on audit results.

Read-only operation

  • FieldCheck: Metafields is a read-only auditing tool.
  • The app does not automatically edit, publish, delete, or overwrite product, variant, or metafield data in Shopify.
  • Any changes to your Shopify store must be made by you or by another authorized user or system.

Billing and plans

  • If FieldCheck: Metafields offers paid plans, billing is handled through Shopify unless otherwise stated.
  • Plan features, limits, pricing, and availability may change over time.
  • If a subscription is cancelled or the app is uninstalled, access to app features may end according to the active Shopify billing and app access status.

Privacy and data

  • Use of FieldCheck: Metafields is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
  • The app only requests access needed to provide its auditing, reporting, export, and support features.
  • For privacy-related requests, contact support and include your Shopify store domain.

Limits and availability

  • Audit results depend on the data visible to the app at the time each audit is run. Results are not a permanent guarantee of catalog correctness, legal compliance, storefront accuracy, or future data quality.
  • The service may be updated, changed, limited, interrupted, or discontinued as the product evolves.
  • We aim to keep the service reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

Suspension and termination

  • Access ends when the app is uninstalled from the merchant store.
  • We may limit or suspend access if use of the service creates a security risk, violates these Terms, abuses the service, or causes harm to the app, Shopify, merchants, or third parties.
  • Where permitted by law, the service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

Changes to these Terms

  • We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be posted on this page.
  • Continued use of FieldCheck: Metafields after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
